Rules and conditions for subscribing of Fund units
UAB Prudentis and investor undertakes the
subscription agreement.
If the signed agreement and money are received till 12.00 (Lithuanian time/ CET + 1 Hour) of the specific valuation day, Units are being priced at a Unit price of that valuation day they were received. Other orders are being executed with the Unit price of next valuation day.
Money for the units purchased can be paid in cash or transferred to the following account:

Payment details - For Name Surname investment units
Minimum investment is 300 EUR.
Minimum following investment is 50 EUR.
The front - load fee is 2% of the amount invested.

Fund units are redeemed from investor upon receiving
in which the number of redeemable units is provided.
If the Redemption Form is received by the Fund Manager till 12.00 (Lithuanian time) of the specific valuation day, the Redemption is executed with the Unit price of the valuation day the form has been submitted. Otherwise the redemption is priced with the Unit price of next valuation day.
There is no end - load fee.
The Redemptions with the common joint ownership rights can only be submitted by both owners or together with written form of
of the spouse enabling to act on her/his behalf.
