Prudentis is one of the few truly independent investment management companies in Lithuania. Prudentis currently manages almost 50 million litas (ca 14 mio Euro) in private and institutional investment portfolios. The company was established in 2005.

Our team of investment managers has more than 15 years of successfull investing experience and is one of the more experienced teams in Lithuania.
Prudentis currently manages one UCITS type fund – Prudentis Baltic Fund. The fund invests into companies doing business in the Baltic States. In 2006 the fund returned to its investors 21% and 2,6% in the year 2007. According to this measure Prudentis Baltic Fund was the best performing fund among funds investing into equities of this region and significantly outperformed both its peer group and its benchmark index OMX Baltic Benchmark CAP GI both these years.
Prudentis also provides high quality private banking services. Our clients have entrusted us with more than 40 million litas (ca 11 mio Euro). According to this measure Prudentis is one of the leading private banking companies in Lithuania.

Prudentis is a registered investment advisor under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and is headquartered in Vilnius. Prudentis is supervised by the Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania.

• To provide investment consulting;
• To act as a registrar to investment funds.
